2 - Realtor incentives available on inventory homes contracted after 11/1/2024 thru 12/31/2024. Inventory Home must close within 60 days from the date of the contract date and before 11/30/2024 for the realtor to receive the escalated 4% or 5% Realtor commission. For a Realtor to receive the additional Realtor Bonus on Inventory homes, the contract price must match the inventory home sales price. The buyer's Realtor must be present at the time of contract to be eligible for a Realtor commission. Realtors must either be an existing Texas Top Producer member or join our free realtor rewards program at TexasTopProducers.com within 14 days of contract signing to be eligible.
