Applies to the La Segarra Sip. Stroll. Sell. event on May 28th, 2026 in the Bold Fox Development community. Event is subject to change. Complimentary refreshments and giveaways will be provided and are available on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last. Participants assume the risk of participating in any activities. Grand prize giveaways are valued at a total of $1,000 and may not be redeemed for cash. Each attendee will be entered in a drawing to win a prize. Winners will be selected by random drawing. Winner does not need to be present to win. Bold Fox Development has final determination of eligibility of winners. Must be a licensed real estate agent or broker in Texas and over the age of 18.
