*Limited-time $10,000 Broker Bonus offer (“Bonus”) valid on any client's cash or financed new home contract entered into as of 8/1/25-8/31/25 (“Promotion Period”) on your client’s purchase of an eligible Move-in Ready or Quick-Move-in Home available at Esplanade at Westview community only (the “Eligible Community”) that can close on or before 9/30/25 (each, an “Eligible Home”). For eligibility, only valid if: (i) actively licensed Florida Broker/Agent personally accompanies and registers its client with the Taylor Morrison Community Sales Manager at the Community Sales Center on client’s first visit to the Eligible Home’s Community; (ii) Broker/Agent personally accompanies its client on the showing of the Eligible Home; (iii) Broker/Agent’s client enters into a new purchase agreement for an Eligible Home during the Promotion Period and (iv) Broker/Agent’s client closes on the Eligible Home on or before 9/30/25. Additional details and restrictions may apply.
