*Limited time broker bonus offer of $10,000 ("Bonus") valid on any client’s cash or financed new home contract entered into as of 1/27/2023- 2/28/2023 (“Promotion Period”) on your client’s purchase of a quick move-in home at Tierra del Sol (each, an “Eligible Home”). For eligibility, only valid if: (i) actively licensed Florida Broker/Agent personally accompanies and registers its client with the Taylor Morrison Community Sales Manager at the Model Home/Information Center on client’s first visit to the Eligible Home’s Community; (ii) Broker/Agent personally accompanies its client on the showing of the Eligible Home; (iii) Broker/Agent’s client enters into a new purchase agreement for an Eligible Home during the Promotion Period and (iv) Client must close on the Eligible Home in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement.
