(2) Two Percent (2%) of Base Price of Eligible Home, if co-broke signed prior to 8/18/25 (“Standard Commission”) , as reflected in the paragraph of the Purchase Agreement entitled “Purchase Price” as of the Purchase Agreement Date (collectively, “up to 6% Total Commission”, as applicable to client’s specific status, date of Co-broke Registration and Broker/Agent’s achieved status level above) payable to Buyer’s Broker as of the Closing Date as reflected on the Closing Disclosure or Settlement Statement, as applicable. However, if the final purchase price set forth in the Closing Disclosure or Settlement Statement is less than the Base Price of the home as of the Purchase Agreement Date, then the Commission shall be based upon the
final purchase price of the home in the Closing Disclosure or Settlement Statement. Additional incentives/bonuses to the above Commission, if any, will be as separately set forth in an Addendum to the Broker Policy.
